This is something I hear all the time…
“I just feel so overwhelmed and I don’t even feel like myself anymore.”
And before I ever jump into fixing anything, I always ask this..
When is the last time you actually felt like yourself?
And this is the part that gets really quiet…
Because most women don’t answer right away.
They just sit there.
And then you can see it hit them…
they don’t know.
Or they try to think of a time…
and realize they can’t even remember.
Like… oh.
it’s been that long.
And that moment matters so much.
Because this isn’t just stress or “having a lot going on”
your body has been stuck in survival mode for a long time.
So instead of your nervous system being calm and regulated…
it’s running in overdrive.
Which is why you feel:
overstimulated
anxious
like your brain won’t shut off
like you can’t focus
like you’re constantly reacting instead of responding
And when your body thinks it’s in survival mode…
it’s not prioritizing things like:
sleep
hormone balance
digestion
healing
Because it thinks you’re just trying to get through the day.
Not actually feel good in your life.
So this is where care is different here.
It’s not about forcing something to move or chasing a pop or a crack.
Because honestly… your nervous system is already overwhelmed.
The last thing it needs is more force.
What we’re doing is removing interference.
Like static on a radio.
Everything feels loud, unclear, overstimulating…
and my job is to help your body tune back in.
So your brain and body can actually communicate clearly again.
And when that happens…
you feel it.
You feel calmer
You think clearer
Your body starts working with you instead of against you
