When a mama texts you this after her baby’s adjustment… 🥹

I want to be really clear about something. Our moms have always been loved and cared for here. That has never changed.

But since Keely joined our team… there is just more. More hands. More support. More space for you to fully let go during your adjustment and not be in your head about what your toddler is getting into in the corner. 😂

You don’t have to manage everything while you’re here. That’s kind of the whole point.

Bring your babies. Bring your toddlers. Come as you are. We’ve got you… all of you.

Happy Easter 🤍
Sunday always comes.

Friday was dark. Friday was painful. Friday looked like everything was over.

And then Sunday came. And what He did on that cross, the restoration, the healing, the gift, it was bigger than anything anyone could have imagined.

I think about that a lot in my work. Because when you're in a flare-up, when your body hurts, when you've been running on empty for so long you can't remember what it felt like to feel good, it is so hard to believe it can be different.

But your body was created to heal. That's not just chiropractic philosophy. That's Scripture. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139)

Sunday always comes. There is hope. There is healing.

This is something I hear all the time…

“I just feel so overwhelmed and I don’t even feel like myself anymore.”

And before I ever jump into fixing anything, I always ask this..

When is the last time you actually felt like yourself?

And this is the part that gets really quiet…

Because most women don’t answer right away.

They just sit there.

And then you can see it hit them…

they don’t know.

Or they try to think of a time…

and realize they can’t even remember.

Like… oh.

it’s been that long.

And that moment matters so much.

Because this isn’t just stress or “having a lot going on”

your body has been stuck in survival mode for a long time.

So instead of your nervous system being calm and regulated…

it’s running in overdrive.

Which is why you feel:

overstimulated
anxious
like your brain won’t shut off
like you can’t focus
like you’re constantly reacting instead of responding

And when your body thinks it’s in survival mode…

it’s not prioritizing things like:

sleep
hormone balance
digestion
healing

Because it thinks you’re just trying to get through the day.

Not actually feel good in your life.

So this is where care is different here.

It’s not about forcing something to move or chasing a pop or a crack.

Because honestly… your nervous system is already overwhelmed.

The last thing it needs is more force.

What we’re doing is removing interference.

Like static on a radio.

Everything feels loud, unclear, overstimulating…

and my job is to help your body tune back in.

So your brain and body can actually communicate clearly again.

And when that happens…

you feel it.

You feel calmer
You think clearer
Your body starts working with you instead of against you

This the part people don’t always see 🤍

the laughing in between shots.
the “wait no that looks weird try this” moments.
just… real life happening in the middle of it all.

because yes, the care here is calm and intentional.
but the space itself?

it’s not quiet.
it’s not a spa.
it’s not “don’t touch anything and whisper.”

there are kids playing.
people talking.
you might hear someone laughing from the adjusting room.

and somehow… it still feels grounding when you’re here.

that balance matters so much to me.

because if you’re walking in already overwhelmed, already holding everything together…

you don’t need another place that feels cold or transactional.

you need to walk in and feel like,
“okay… I’m good here.”

that’s why this role matters so much.

she’s the first person you see.

and I kept thinking during this…
