Injecting isn’t a coupon service. It’s medicine and it’s art.

It takes a trained eye, deep knowledge of facial anatomy, and critical thinking to truly evaluate a face and create results that look balanced, natural, and safe. A skilled injector invests in ongoing education, advanced training, and knows how to recognize and manage complications if they happen.

But somewhere along the way, the aesthetic industry turned into a race for the cheapest deal. Consumers hunt for $50–$100 discounts as if all injectors are created equal.

They’re not.

When you’re making a semi-permanent change to your face, that small savings shouldn’t be the deciding factor. The difference between a deal and expertise can be the difference between beautiful results and a complication someone isn’t trained to fix.

Your face isn’t the place to bargain hunt.

That week’s worth of Starbucks you’re saving? Not worth the risk. 💉

Choose experience. Choose education. Choose wisely.

Subtle, natural, and built to last ✨

These before & after results show the power of Sculptra. Instead of simply filling lines, Sculptra works by stimulating your body’s own collagen production — gradually restoring structure, volume, and skin quality over time.

The result?
A refreshed, lifted look that still looks completely like you.

✔ Gradual, natural-looking improvement
✔ Improves skin texture and firmness
✔ Results that continue to develop for months

Collagen loss happens slowly… and the best results rebuild it the same way.

Patience + collagen stimulation = beautiful, long-lasting results.

Sometimes the smallest changes create the biggest shifts in confidence. 💋

Lip filler is a quick, subtle treatment that can enhance your natural shape, restore lost volume, and bring balance to your smile. It’s not about looking like someone else — it’s about feeling more like yourself when you look in the mirror.

A little volume, a little definition, and suddenly that reflection looking back at you feels refreshed, confident, and radiant.

Confidence doesn’t have to come from a big transformation. Sometimes it’s just a small touch that helps you love what you see. ✨

Lips isn’t all I’ve had done. As hormones went wild and aging set in, my 30’s became miserable. Having a complete hysterectomy (including ovaries) at age 40, well let’s just speed up volume loss. Volume and collagen restoration with sculptra (the 🎂 cake) icing the cake at one year with filler in necessary areas (chin, midface support), medical grade skincare, microneedling, Glo2Facial all contribute to my face today 💋 Facial balancing is a must for harmony. (And no Botox products- bc remember I’m IMMUNE 😢) to them all which is only 2-5% of the population.

What do you think about lip filler? Anyone regret getting it? Want it but afraid it will change the way you look? Who has it and loves it?

There are a few physiologic reasons behind it:

🩸 Hormone fluctuations change pain sensitivity

Right before and during me**es, estrogen and progesterone drop sharply. Estrogen in particular helps modulate pain perception by influencing serotonin, endorphins, and inflammatory pathways. When estrogen is low:
• Pain tolerance tends to decrease
• Nerve endings can become more sensitive
• Patients often describe sharper or more intense injection discomfort

There’s actually decent research showing women often have their highest pain tolerance around ovulation (higher estrogen) and lowest during menstruation.

💧 Increased inflammation & tissue sensitivity

During me**es the body releases prostaglandins (the same chemicals involved in uterine cramping). Those prostaglandins:
• Increase inflammation
• Heighten nerve sensitivity
• Can make tissues feel more tender or reactive

That can translate to injections feeling stingier and sometimes more post-treatment soreness.

🩹 Bruising risk can be higher

Platelet function and small vessel fragility can shift slightly around me**es in some women. Clinically, many injectors notice:
• Slightly higher bruising tendency
• Increased swelling response

(Not universal, but common enough that many aesthetic providers schedule around it when possible.)

🧠 Central nervous system effects

Hormone shifts can affect:
• Mood
• Stress tolerance
• Pain processing pathways

So even if the injection stimulus is identical, the brain can perceive it as more uncomfortable.

⏰ When injections are often best tolerated

Many aesthetic providers anecdotally notice patients tend to tolerate procedures better:
• Mid-follicular phase (about days 7-12 of cycle)
• Around ovulation
