The THRIVE logo is more than a design, it tells our story. When THRIVE was created 4 1/2 years ago, we designed the logo with purpose. The distinct color of the "I" in the logo means "I THRIVE" symbolizing our consumers thriving in their employment. We love seeing this message come to life each and every day!

Josh recently celebrated his one-year anniversary at Central Iowa Machine Shop, and we want to take a moment to highlight him! He enjoys the learning and growth opportunities his job provides and continues to do great work. At THRIVE, we focus on each consumer’s strengths and match them with jobs that support long-term growth.
