Recovery isn’t passive—it’s built. 🛠️

Post-surgery, I’m focusing on the fundamentals that support healing: prioritizing protein to help repair tissue, creatine to support strength and preserve muscle during lower activity, hydration, fiber for digestion, and targeted supplements to fill gaps. I’m also working closely with my care team on peptide therapy and a recovery plan tailored to my body.

A big part of this process is managing inflammation, especially since my recovery is complicated by rheumatoid arthritis. Keeping inflammation in check is key to supporting healing, mobility, and overall progress.

No magic pill. Just smart inputs, consistency, and patience. Patience is the something I am really trying to work on.

Healing season = nourish, rebuild, repeat. 💪✨
