“For years, I searched for someone who could truly help me understand what a beneficial, sustainable way of eating looked like. I’ve spent the last few years managing Hashimoto’s, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, all while struggling with unexplained weight gain despite having what I believed were healthy eating habits and a consistent workout routine. No matter how much I slept, I was exhausted. Each time I visited a doctor, their solution was always the same: increase my ADHD medication or add another prescription. Nothing made a meaningful difference.
After a few months of working with Jayne, everything changed. She taught me how to follow a nutrient-dense anti-inflammatory approach to eating that finally made sense for my body. I’ve lost over 20 lbs, reduced the inflammation in my body I’d been carrying for years, and-most importantly-I have more energy and mental clarity than I’ve had in a very long time. Jayne didn’t just help me find a “diet”; she helped me build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. She reshaped the way I think about food, how I eat, and how I plan my meals. She provided meal ideas and recipes, guidance, and education that made success not only possible but achievable.
It wasn’t easy at first, but now I genuinely look forward to cooking and meal prepping because I know how much better I’ll feel and how much more energy I’ll have. Working with Jayne has helped me reclaim my life.
