“I reached out to Jayne because I felt like crap. I had gained weight during menopause that I just couldn’t get off. I also had just been to the doctor and my A1C numbers were inching closer to diabetes. My doctor offered GLP1’s but I wanted to avoid relying on medicine for the rest of my life. I was also watching my husband (a 10-year CrossFit member) struggle with his weight. It was time to make a change.

Jayne gave me recipes and meal ideas to follow that taste amazing! We now start our day with a healthy protein-filled breakfast which has helped curb snacking. It also helped us stop the carb loading first thing in the morning (orange juice, oatmeal, toast, etc..).

I’ve changed the way I grocery shop. Prior to Jayne I thought I was buying healthy foods. Now I literally hit fruits and vegetables, and use the health food aisle! Since we have minimized gluten, dairy, and refined sugars, I no longer need to shop in most other sections of the store.

Our sugar cravings are gone. The sweet things I always had around no longer taste as good. My husband no longer brings the candy and cookies home every time he goes to the store!

In three months my husband has lost 20 lbs, my daughter lost 10 lbs, and I have lost 13. All this while celebrating our daughter’s wedding, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Jayne is a great resource. She helps you to understand that this is not a diet but a lifestyle. It’s learning to use sauces and seasonings to make your healthy food taste good. It’s so much better than having to take the GLP1’s my doctor offered. The focus is on eating whole foods that keep you feeling full and satisfied way longer than the processed foods we usually ate. We all feel so much better!

“For years, I searched for someone who could truly help me understand what a beneficial, sustainable way of eating looked like. I’ve spent the last few years managing Hashimoto’s, ADHD, anxiety, and depression, all while struggling with unexplained weight gain despite having what I believed were healthy eating habits and a consistent workout routine. No matter how much I slept, I was exhausted. Each time I visited a doctor, their solution was always the same: increase my ADHD medication or add another prescription. Nothing made a meaningful difference.

After a few months of working with Jayne, everything changed. She taught me how to follow a nutrient-dense anti-inflammatory approach to eating that finally made sense for my body. I’ve lost over 20 lbs, reduced the inflammation in my body I’d been carrying for years, and-most importantly-I have more energy and mental clarity than I’ve had in a very long time. Fiber is finally getting the attention it deserves… it holds hands with protein as far as being a necessary superstar on your plate!

And it’s not just about helping you p**p daily… it’s much much more…

A high-fiber diet influences skin, hair, appetite, and just looking and feeling your best. Fiber takes out the trash and keeps the body detoxifying properly.

It’s recommended that we eat 22-34 g of fiber per day for adults (depending on age, s*x, if lactating or pregnant, etc…). BUT go slow when increasing it in your diet and be sure to drink plenty of water when increasing fiber!

The fiber sources listed here are super easy to incorporate into your diet (with MORE water!!)

1. You start your day with fuel, balanced blood sugar, and “gas in the tank” for whatever life throws at you.

2. You notice more all day energy (minimizing the mid-afternoon slump).
