What an absolutely incredible story. Hayden Thomas has been training with us for a few years now. She worked all off season last year and set all sort of school records including finishing 4th at state last year.

In December, she hurt her knee needing surgery. I remember the conversation… “Am I going to lose it all?”

So we went to work with doctors and PT recommendations in place. Fast forward to her first indoor meet. Not only did she NOT lose it all she PRd ~ so what it was only .01 ~ three months off knee surgery that’s absolutely amazing!
