ENGINEERED PERFORMANCE SOFTBALL COMBINE ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ๐ŸฅŽ

Last night we hosted a softball combine for athletes of all ages, and the energy was unreal. We tested vertical jump, reactive strength index, 10-yard dash, and pro agility โ€” giving each athlete real data to track their speed, explosiveness, and change of direction.

It was an awesome environment filled with competitors who showed up ready to work, learn, and chase their goals. Getting to connect with each athlete and hear what theyโ€™re striving for is what itโ€™s all about.

We were also fortunate to have two of our own Engineered Performance softball athletes speak and share how EP training has helped elevate their game and impact their success on the field.

Proud of every athlete who stepped in, competed, and pushed themselves. Looking forward to working with you in the future!
