Breakfast of ! πͺ
We've been told time and time again how protein is our number one source of fuel! However most of us get way below the recommended daily allowance (RDA). That doesn't even include optimization for those that train, or exercise regularly! If you don't start your day with protein, you're likely to miss out on your daily fuel.π«€ If you're fasting, you'll also want to "break-fast" with a healthy amount of protein. π₯©ππ₯
