🏃‍♂️ It’s Official… I’m Signed Up for the EMC DAM to DSM Half Marathon on May 30th! 🏃‍♂️

Let’s just say my sister-in-laws are very persuasive 😅 Apparently “You should totally do it!” turns into signing up and “What am I getting myself into in only 12 weeks!"

So here we are. 13.1 miles.
12 weeks to train.
And zero turning back now.

As a podiatrist, I talk every day about building a strong foundation and now it’s my turn to put that into action. Proper training. Gradual mileage. Strength work. Recovery. Good shoes. (Yes, I’ll be analyzing those closely 👀).

I’ll be sharing parts of the journey, the wins, the sore days, and maybe even some foot health tips along the way.
