In this powerful message, Mary speaks of her journey with Yeshua, sitting at the foot of the cross, and the choice she made to remain a candle of love and not fall into despair. She reminds us that just as Yeshua walked through his passage, we too walk through the crucifixion of the earth itself.
This teaching is not about despair, but about courage—the courage to keep love alive, to respond to pain with compassion, and to walk forward with the light of Source. Mary’s words invite us to reflect on our own challenges, how we meet obstacles in our lives, and how to rise above negativity and fear by choosing the power of love.
If you are seeking spiritual guidance, inspiration, or encouragement to stay steady in difficult times, this message offers deep wisdom and hope.

As long as we are in human form, we experience trauma—moments we don’t want, events that shake us deeply. Yet these painful experiences can also become powerful teachers. 🌍
In this teaching, we explore:
✨ Why we choose human incarnation despite its suffering
✨ How trauma can be transformed into compassion and wisdom
✨ Practices to soften contractions in daily life—from mosquito bites to global disasters
✨ The balance between joy and pain in the human experience
Through conscious awareness, breath, and compassion, we can learn to shift from resistance to acceptance, from contraction to spaciousness, and from trauma to transformation.
If you’ve ever asked “Why do we suffer?” or “How can I find peace in chaos?”—this talk offers practical tools and deep insights to support your path.
