This past weekend, we did a thing: completed 55 hours of training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Method).

To anyone who wants to learn: this is a 5 week course designed for LMTS to learn and apply lymphatic drainage with confidence and competence. This is intentionally structured to be slow and integrative, allowing the information to marinate. Giving you the ability to execute and offer MLD soon after finishing your course, with confidence.

This course is accredited for 55 NCBTMB CE’s and is New York State Sponsored for NY LMTS, to receive credits.

Great education shouldn’t be rushed.

Our 55-Hour Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Certification is intentionally designed as a 5-week hybrid training so massage therapists have the time to truly understand the lymphatic system, build repetition, and develop confidence in their hands.

This program combines detailed virtual anatomy and physiology lectures with a focused hands-on intensive so you can connect the science with real clinical application.

After the virtual portion, students will attend a 4-day hands-on intensive at their choice of location:

This course is structured to build knowledge week by week, allowing the material to integrate instead of being rushed through in a weekend. By the end of the program, you won’t just know the techniques—you’ll understand how and why MLD works and feel confident integrating it safely into your practice.

It’s official. Our 55-Hour Manual Lymphatic Drainage Hybrid Training is fully approved through NCBTMB and eligible for New York State sponsorship for license renewal (Provider ID: 1002991).

This is not a weekend crash course and not rushed CE culture — a great education shouldn’t be a quick fix, and good tBodhiWorke time.

Our 5-week hybrid structure includes 25 hours of virtual lecture and 30 hours of in-person intensive training with deep focus on lymphatic physiology, pathology, oncology considerations, and true clinical application.

✨ NYC + Michigan Lymphatic Drainage Training

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is one of the most impactful, gentle, and in-demand modalities in our field — and I’m honored to offer this training in both New York City and Michigan in 2026.

This 5-week hybrid course is intentionally structured to support all learning styles. The extended format allows students to truly integrate the material so they can build confidence, competency, and a clear understanding of lymphatic techniques.
Alongside foundational Vodder-inspired MLD, students will learn basic post-operative considerations, prenatal adaptations, and oncology-informed precautions — giving you a well-rounded framework to safely and effectively apply MLD in diverse clinical settings.

NYC Cohort: February/March 2026
Michigan Cohort: June/July 2026

NBCBTMB CE Provider approval is pending; NY CE approval expected by mid-January. All credits will be awarded retroactively upon approval.
