NEUROMOVEMENT ® HEALTHY BACKS & SCOLIOSIS CLASSES FEEL, MOVE, THRIVE!

Healthy Backs Class
Monday Evenings April 9 - May 14, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
Using slow gentle movements this class will focus on increasing mobility and range of motion in the pelvis, back, shoulders, neck and spine. This class will help release habitual contractions that can cause back pain. Wear comfortable or yoga clothing.

Scoliosis Healthy Backs Class
Monday Evenings April 9 - May 14, 6:30 - 7:30pm
The movement lessons in the scoliosis class will increase the mobility of the spine and ribs in all different directions and greatly increase lung/breathing capacity, making the effects of scoliosis less noticeable. Wear comfortable or yoga clothing
