It's been a while since I posted and for that, I apologize.
I recently finished a 30 day challenge that included 4 elements:
-Two 45 minute workouts per day (one needs to be outdoors)
-Drink at least a gallon of water every day
-Follow a diet (can be any diet)
-Read at least 10 pages of nonfiction per day
This challenge is based on the 75 Hard challenge that is popular on FB. It's my "starter version".
My results included losing 22 pounds, building strength, and reading a book and a half. It felt really good both physically and mentally and I'm going to do another round starting on March 14. If you'd like to join me, comment "I'm in" below and I'll contact you with more details.
