Great experience in NYC being in one of the most famous ballet studios in the world , learning with and using my favorite Pilates equipment .

What a personal full-circle moment for me — from the ballet world to becoming a Pilates/ Movement Therapy studio owner. This year marks 26 years of that journey, and it felt extra special to celebrate ’s 50th anniversary in this meaningful place.

And the very best part… I got to share it with my daughter. ❤️
