🔎 Searching for a one-of-a-kind experience? The type that helps you connect with your truest self?

You’re in the right place. 🧘

Using our signature SUMMT (SUbconscious Memory Meditation Therapy) model, developed in coexistence with evidence-based practices of Yoga Nidra, Hypnotherapy, Inner Child Healing, and Memory Reconsolidation, our facilitators help you dive deep into your inner wisdom, releasing trauma and burnout at the source.

Created not as a shortcut or alternative to therapy, but instead as an elevated experience for those who have already “done the work” and are fully prepared to go beyond the realms of ordinary consciousness, we hope to attract the brave and willing students of life to this program.

If this sounds like you, please don’t hesitate to click the link in our bio to apply to the Intensive Reset Program. Once submitted, you’ll receive the opportunity to have a complimentary consultation call with Kerry Biskelonis and learn more.

Welcome Theresa! 🙌

1. Self love isn’t always fun.

2. In fact, acts of self love and self care can be challenging, boring, and even annoying sometimes. They can also be completely free to do!

3. Taking out the trash, going to the gym, scheduling that doctor’s appointment, washing the dishes, brushing your teeth, and showing up for therapy/taking your meds are all completely valid acts of self love that are arguably even more important for your self care than having a spa day because they maintain your health, home, and well-being on a real, day-to-day basis.

Here’s your friendly reminder to pause, breathe, and reset 😉

If you’ve been following us, you’ll be familiar with the benefits of deep breaths for your mental health and nervous system regulation. We even recognize breath as one of our pillars of Foundational Wellness!

However, like most things in winter, making sure you can keep breathing properly gets harder. Here’s your explanation why, and a few things you can do to make it as easy as possible to keep experiencing those benefits of proper breathing.

This isn’t just a therapy skill - it’s a survival skill.

Finding your calm amidst stressful situations is never easy. Whether there’s a problem at work, or chaos at home, you might just be tempted to lose your cool. However, we’re willing to bet that *that version of you* is not your favorite… by a wide margin.

So next time, as you feel yourself getting irritated, anxious, panicked, or angry, use this acronym to stay grounded and respond as your favorite version of *you.*

🧑‍💻 Yeah, you read that right - we have not one, but TWO amazing blogs for you to read!

Parents, you might anticipate that discussions about consent with your kids can be awkward. We’re here to remind you that those discussions can be simple, age appropriate (even for little ones!), and important for their safety and boundary-setting capabilities long term. When they feel comfortable saying “no” to a hug from a distant relative, or an extra serving of food, that’s already consent in action.

About us.

Welcome!

Are you ready to experience mental health care differently?

We are an integrative mental health care practice in Plymouth, Michigan and operating online.

The root of integrative is integral, meaning “to render (something) whole, bring together the parts of”. And that’s exactly what we do at Reset. We look at your mental health as a whole, considering stressors, trauma, fitness, diet, sleep patterns, work/school, physical ailments, relationships and transitions in your life. By looking at the sum of the parts, you can be certain that your mental well-being becomes part of a lifestyle shift (or reset!), not just a quick fix or an isolated perspective.
