Join us this Saturday, December 27th, from 4:30-6:00 pm on Anna Maria Island for an evening of peace, healing, illumination, and gratitude. As we gather during this holiday season, it’s the perfect time to express gratitude for what has been and to welcome renewal, presence, and inner illumination. ✨💫
The session will begin with a gentle, grounding sunset yoga flow, preparing your body and mind for deep peace and relaxation. Next, you will be immersed in a restorative Healing Sound Bath. Practitioner Tatiana will guide the sound journey, utilizing the soothing harmonics of crystal singing bowls and the profound, cleansing vibrations of the gong waves to help you go deeper within and immerse yourself in light and gratitude.

Our mantra for this healing session:

“I release with gratitude, I receive with love, I return to the light within.”

“Having an amazing week with my Mermaid Sister Olga at Secrets Playa Esmeralda!” 🧘‍♀️💦☀️🙏🌴

The resort is lovely and the beach is a complete dream! Teaching yoga every morning at 9:30 a.m. on the beach and Mon, Wed, Fri at 5 pm. The morning class has been well attended with between 4-11 yogis. No one showed up on Mon or Wed for the 5 pm class.

Check out our cute little photo bomber in the back of our pic! I think he was doing his sphinx or cobra pose! 🤣

We are loving our yoga classes and our adventures here in absolute paradise!!
