“Sunrise private yoga session with these bachelorette BEAUTIES!” 🙏🧘‍♀️🌅💦☀️

It was an absolutely gorgeous morning to take in the pastel sunrise light at the beach and connect with these lovely girls from Austin, Texas! Grateful for these opportunities and the beautiful souls I meet! The gorgeous bride to be, Izzy, is in the black yoga pants. I was so touched by her story of her love! The beautiful girl Elsa, here in light blue, asked me if she could say a prayer over me after we finished our practice. Of course I accepted! She held both of my hands and offered so many beautiful heartfelt words over me, blessing my teaching and my travels and wishing me to continue to share my light and joy with others! What an incredible and unexpected moment of connection!

The sunset was gorgeous, the support of friends encouraging me for my first time offering a sound healing was incredibly kind, and the beautiful energy of Mother Nature was felt! 🙏🌅🧘‍♀️🤍

It was fun to break out and try something new! I’m quite sure I talked too much 🤣, but I think we all left with a warmer glow in our hearts!
