Join us for gentle beach yoga every Saturday and Sunday 8:30-9:30 AM on the beach. The classes are taught by experienced yoga alliance teachers. These classes are by donation and are best done on a blanket or towel. Perfect for all levels of yogis! Follow this page for weather updates and teaching schedule.
