Traveling Soon? ✈️ Don’t Let Back Pain Ruin Your Trip!
Long flights and road trips can leave you stiff and achy. Sitting for extended periods increases spinal compression and muscle fatigue, making movement painful once you arrive.
Support your lower back with a cushion, stretch frequently, and adjust your seat to maintain good posture. ✅
Gardening is a rewarding activity, but improper posture and repetitive movements can lead to back, neck, and knee pain. Studies show that bending, twisting, and lifting without proper form can strain your muscles and joints.
To keep your garden growing and pain-free, stretch before you start, lift with your legs, and take breaks to avoid overuse.
Happy gardening! 🌸
