One of the great things about Facebook is the chance to share different points of view. Saying there are many opinions on vaccines is a laughable understatement.

Still, the subjects of vaccines and vaccine clinical studies are very important to bring up as ingredients for common good. As a clinical research organization that is why we do what we do.

Of the many things that make us a prosperous country, coming together for common good is core. “Common good” is at its best when individuals are genuinely curious and concerned for the wellbeing of others in the community. Communal concern for others and the health of those around us, not just for oneself, is also the core of what make vaccines important.

Agree or disagree on a personal level, it is difficult to bypass the benefit vaccines have delivered over the years for the good of our communities overall. When considering this fact vaccines might be best thought about in a balanced way. To completely negate or willfully ignore the idea of a balanced view is everyone’s choice. But to turn this individual choice into a call for others to reject the subject without due consideration can do considerable harm to individuals and to the community.

Good sources of information are available to support good decisions pro and con. Everyone is encouraged to take full advantage of reputable sources. For our viewpoint on the common good and why we believe good clinical research leading to effective and safe vaccines is extremely important, please visit this link to a short article on the subject, http://www.careidresearch.com/news.html .

Hello all. Apologies!!! It’s been a while!

The work we’ve been doing on vaccine trials has kept us really, really busy over the past months. Progress has been great. Again we thank all who have and continue to participate.

As the COVID-19 Pandemic now appears better controlled, we’re giving more attention to additional infectious diseases clinical studies.

We are now enrolling participants for a new treatment for recurrent Clostridium difficile infection (C. diff or CDI). For more information about this study visit: https://bit.ly/3J9S5dO
Plus, more studies are on the way in the coming weeks and months:
• A study for an RSV (respiratory syncytial virus) vaccine
• A study for a drug resistant UTI (urinary tract infection) vaccine
• A study for an advanced, 4th COVID-19 vaccine dose

For updates on these upcoming studies and more, we’ll be posting regularly. In the meantime, for more information on any of our clinical research studies please contact us through our website or give us a call.
