Happy Dental Assistants Appreciation Week 🦷

This week is all about celebrating the true backbone of our office — our incredible dental assistants. While patients may only see a portion of what they do, we are lucky enough to see it all… and it is A LOT.

Our assistants are the first calming voice when someone is nervous, the steady hands during procedures, and the friendly smile that makes everyone feel at home. They set up and break down rooms at lightning speed, stay ten steps ahead of the doctors, maintain strict sterilization protocols, manage supplies, take radiographs, assist chairside, comfort little ones, reassure anxious adults, and somehow still find time to make us laugh in between patients.

They are multitaskers, problem-solvers, organizers, cheerleaders, and the heartbeat of our daily flow. They keep the schedule running smoothly, anticipate needs before they're spoken, and make sure every patient experience feels seamless and personal.

We celebrated Vernitta, Johnny, Denise, and Ashley the sweetest way - with Edible Arrangements 🍍🍓🍈because a simple "thank you" just doesn't feel big enough for everything they do.
And even at home with her sweet baby, Brandi was still celebrated. Appreciation doesn't pause when you're out of the office — once you're part of this team, you're always valued and loved.

As you can tell, it’s hard to get our busy team all together at the same time — because they’re constantly moving, helping patients, supporting the doctors, and keeping everything running behind the scenes. Busy is just part of who they are. 💪

To our amazing assistants: your hard work does not go unnoticed. You make our office better, our patients happier, and our days brighter. We are beyond grateful for each and every one of you - this week and every week. 🩵
