To kick off the season for giving, our practice is hosting a food drive AND a coat drive!
All food donations will be delivered to the Anne Arundel County Food Bank, and all coats and warm clothing will go to One Warm Coat.
Coats should have functioning zippers and buttons. Other warm clothing for the season are welcome also, including hats, scarves, and gloves.
Here are some examples of some high demand foods:
peanut butter and jelly (plastic jars)
bags or boxes of rice
bags of dry beans and legumes (pinto, black, lentils)
healthy snacks (breakfast bars, dried fruit, nuts)
baby food and formula
nutritional shakes and supplements (Ensure, Boost)
canned soup
canned fruits and vegetables
canned fish (tuna, salmon)
canned chicken
canned beans
pasta (whole grain)
shelf stable milk and plant based milks
whole grain hot and cold cereal
cooking oils and spices
We have two boxes awaiting donations in our waiting room. No appointment needed- feel free to just pop in and drop off during business hours, M-F 9-1, 3-6!
