For many families, the process of early identification and diagnostic evaluation begins with their pediatrician. What often feels far less clear is how that information translates into meaningful support at school.

Join us NEXT MONDAY (April 13th at 8pm) for a special, live, virtual event, coordinated by our Annapolis Pediatrics Behavioral Health department and led by educational consultant and special education advocate Amy Morales, M.Ed.; HWC.

This virtual session is designed to bring clarity, confidence, and direction to the process of navigating “What now?” and “What’s next?” questions that often follow a diagnosis.

All Annapolis Pediatrics offices are closed today, on Easter Sunday, April 5th, 2026.

Our 24/7 nurse advice line is still available by calling our office at 410-263-6363.

If you feel your child needs medical attention, you can access care without prior authorization from us at your local urgent care center or emergency room. In case of emergency, call 911.

We will be open in all six offices for appointments tomorrow, on Monday, 4/6.

April 2nd is World Autism Awareness Day, a time to celebrate the unique brilliance of neurodivergent individuals and to foster a world where everyone feels supported and included. 💙

True support goes beyond just one day - it’s about the small, daily actions that build a more inclusive world.

How You Can Show Your Support:
Wear Blue: Join the global movement by wearing blue clothing or ribbons to spark conversations.

Lead with Kindness: Sensory overload can be overwhelming in public spaces. If you see a child or parent struggling, a patient smile or a simple offer to help can mean the world.

Educate the Next Generation: Talk to your children about neurodiversity. Help them understand that their peers might communicate or play differently, and that's okay!

Learn and Advocate: Knowledge is the best tool for advocacy. You can become an official Autism Ally by taking the training provided by at https://www.autismspeaks.org/world-autism-awareness-day

Together, we can move from awareness to acceptance. Let's spread kindness today and every day!

A new month brings lots of things - including a variety of delicious seasonal fruits and vegetables! 🍎🍐🍋‍🟩🥬🍍🥝🍋

It's National Gardening Month, which is a great time to try to grow your own fresh items (or get involved in a community garden - like Farm Unity)
