I love teaching Yoga with all my heart and soul. This practice has shaped me into the human I am today, and as a teacher I’ve witnessed so many people heal through their journey.

My favorite part about retreats is spending quality time with people. Early morning asana practice followed by philosophical conversation over a gourmet breakfast. Walking through the jungle to be greeted by howler monkeys. Jumping in the ocean, and watching the sunset with the entire community.

Retreats are so much more than just classes. They are an opportunity to truly drop in. To connect with one’s spirit, and to connect with other people on a much deeper level.

Last March we created some amazing memories that I will cherish forever, and I am so excited to share this space with a new group of humans (and some returning friends 😘)

2025 marks my 13th year of practicing Yoga, and 8th year of teaching.

I’ve been reflecting on how deeply this practice has impacted the entirety of my life, and how the study of Yoga philosophy has helped me navigate the complex situations.

The eight limbs of yoga: Yama (ethical guidelines), Niyama (personal observances), Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (energy guidance), Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses), Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and Samadhi (enlightenment), are an incredible road map for contemplation and embodiment of an authentic human experience.

With every passing year, I feel closer and closer to the essence of my true nature. Forever grateful, and always a student 🙏

I can’t even begin to describe the love and connection that everyone cultivated over the past week. All I know is that our hearts are overflowing, and now our work is to integrate the joy and peace into our day to day lives.

Thank you all, from the entirety of my heart, for taking time to practice yoga, meet new people, walk through the jungle, swim in the ocean, sit with the sunsets, and Embody Nature’s Rhythm 🌿🙏
