Our Story

Anne Arundel Medical Group (AAMG) Plastic Surgery was established in 2015 by Drs. Devinder Singh, Chief of Plastic Surgery at Anne Arundel Medical Center (AAMC) & Medical Director of the practice, and Tripp Holton, Director of Microvascular Surgery for AAMC. Plastic surgeons deal with the repair and reconstruction of physical defects involving the skin, face, extremities, breast and trunk, as well as cosmetic enhancement of these areas of the body. The plastic surgeon uses cosmetic surgical principles both to improve overall appearance and to optimize the outcome of reconstructive procedures. At AAMG Plastic Surgery, the surgeons specialize in innovative techniques used for breast reconstruction, such as the Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator (DIEP) flap and Pre-Pectoral implants. AAMG Plastic Surgery works very closely with the breast surgery team; the practices are physically co-located within the AAMC Breast Center, providing patient-centered, highly coordinated, convenient care.
