🟡 The Circle of Sacred Sensitivity is now open for enrollment!

I’ve lovingly created a space where highly sensitive women can gather.

My vision for the space is to support you in all aspects of your life. But particularly in providing an environment where connections grow. Where you feel seen and heard. Where you’re met with kindness and compassion.

The world feels so divided, and it’s hard not to isolate yourself because so much feels overwhelming. And everything feels fragile.

By gathering together with our sacred sensitive energy, we build a powerful energetic presence that supports us in the group and out in the world. And I believe that energy radiates out into the universe where it’s needed most.

Come join me and other highly sensitive women in The Circle.

In my blog I share some of my struggle growing up as a highly sensitive person.
I got overwhelmed easily, and I didn't know what I needed.

But as I discover how I learn and process new information, and what to do so I don't get overwhelmed I can embrace the HS parts of me with compassion and care.

I've noticed in HS communities on FB and in conversations with friends that we can get easily hurt by non-highly sensitive people.
So, when you consider when a person is intentionally mean to you, how deep the hurt goes. Especially if it's your parent or partner.
In this episode of the podcast Sharon Martin and I talk about HS women in toxic relationship, and ways to create space and boundaries for your well-being.

The Circle for highly sensitive women continues to grow as women from all over the world are finding us.

When you join, you get to meet with me and the other members live every month and there are lots of resources available within the membership space that are yours to explore—meditations, energy practices, chat rooms for support, a giggle, and connection.

If you’re not sure about joining, I get it! I’ve joined groups with high hopes, only to find I’m overwhelmed and feel out of place. You’re welcome to drop in this month to see what we’re all about. You can pop-in and join us April 9th at 9am PT, 11am CT, 12pm ET.

My goal is to keep the space intimate, so I will close the membership for new enrollees at some point, but for now we have space to welcome you!

If you’re curious about the membership space, you can watch a video with a short tour on my membership website (see link in bio).

If you’ve already attended at least one Circle and you’re ready to come on board just message me and I’ll send you a link to register and become a member.

I hope to see you at our next Sacred Circle- April 9th, 12pm ET

Perimenopause and menopause can be such challenging times in our lives. And it seems as if new ways of treating and managing symptoms continue to be discovered and revealed.

My conversation with Dr. Betsy Greenleaf brought new light into that discussion, and if you haven’t had a chance to listen here are a few highlights.

Betsy Greenleaf, the first board-certified female urogynecologist in the U.S., discussed her journey from pelvic reconstructive surgery to opening a menopause and andropause clinic.

We discuss the misconceptions around hormone therapy, stressing the need for open discussions.

This quote from our conversation made me giggle:
“I'm always in trouble on Facebook because I'll put something about vaginas, and then they'll tell me this word goes against community standards. I'm like, ‘What do you want me to call it?’”
— Dr. Betsy Greenleaf

Betsy also addressed the impact of stress and environmental toxins on hormone effectiveness and introduced her menopause rock album and upcoming podcast.

Greenleaf's practice, the International Pause Institute, offers resources and a 10% discount on pelvic floor products for listeners of the Awaken Your Wise Woman podcast.

What were your takeaways from our in-depth conversation?

Learning about ADHD and ADD has helped me better understand my clients. Have you listened to my conversation with Jennifer Dall? She shares her personal story and expertise on supporting neurodivergent individuals.

Dr. Dall, an ADHD coach and consultant, shares her journey of late-life ADHD diagnosis and the challenges of managing ADHD in a non-structured environment. She emphasizes the importance of understanding and addressing ADHD's intersection with other conditions like grief and trauma.

Jen advocates for small, manageable steps and habit stacking to help individuals with ADHD. She also highlights the need for compassionate support and the benefits of neurodivergent thinking, such as creativity and flexibility.

Here’s my favorite quote from our conversation:

“A lot of people think ADHD is the 8-year-old boy who is impulsive and hyperactive and not the good girl who is focusing and smart and working really, really hard.”
— Jennifer Dall
