In a world that constantly asks us to move faster, giving yourself permission to pause can be deeply healing.

Join us this Friday at 6pm for Emergence, a restorative sound bath designed to help the body soften, the mind quiet, and the nervous system recalibrate.

As the seasons begin to shift and the light slowly returns, this experience invites you to rest in that in-between space, the gentle stirring before new energy fully rises.
