Take a walk, call a friend, pray, or just breathe. When parents take care of themselves, their children feel it too. A rested, supported parent is a stronger parent. 💙

For many families, getting to therapy isn’t as simple as hopping in the car. 🚗 Rural communities often face long drives, limited public transportation, and fewer providers nearby. These challenges add stress and time to already full days. Understanding these barriers helps our communities show compassion — because families shouldn’t have to travel miles to find hope and help. 💛
