The Harvest Box Is Upon Us!!!

Starting on April 14th, the 2026 Harvest Box is back and better than ever! Every week we will showcase the finest, locally sourced products from farmers and artisans you know and trust. We are only taking 50 subscribers this year so sign up before it's too late!

Farmer's Markets Are Almost Here!

Spring is just around the corner, and we couldn't be more excited here at Aquality Farms! With farmers markets and fun seasonal events on the horizon, we're thrilled to announce that we're expanding our reach to the cities of Huntsville and Birmingham. Get ready for fresh produce, mushroom extracts, and all things sustainably healthy!

The Expansion Continues...

We keep growing here at Aquality Farms (pun intended) and this time its the addition of a larger incubation room. This is where the mushrooms colonize after being inoculated with grain spawn. We keep this container around 70 degrees and completely dark. The mushrooms consume the substrate for energy, turning it into dense mycelium! Watch the video below and check it out!

New Mushroom Fruiting Chamber!!!

We welcomed the New Year in by fruiting mushrooms inside the new and improved fruiting chamber. A new coated floor, FRP walls, and lights has us ready for a bountiful 2026. The new environment will be easier to clean, the blue light spectrum will induce pinning slightly earlier and well lets face it... it just looks awesome!
