📢 WIC IN ALABAMA WILL CONTINUE

The Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) is reminding people that the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program will continue to operate as normal during the federal government shutdown.

The ADPH also reminds participants that WIC and SNAP are different programs. SNAP is not managed by ADPH.

What this means right now:
• All WIC services remain available statewide.

To help ensure uninterrupted service, ADPH has temporarily moved to a one-month benefit issuance schedule.

Hey everyone! My name is Stephanie McNair, the owner of Mind in Motion Counseling. I wanted to introduce myself and some of the passions I hold within the mental health field. I earned my education at Auburn University and graduated in 2018 with my Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am extremely passionate in helping teens and adolescents navigate the world, in a place where they can feel heard and supported. I love helping adults navigate life challenges that leave us feeling stuck and offer them a space to feel empowered and valued. I offer Telehealth services in the entire state of Alabama and will be providing in-person therapy in Huntsville, AL.
