When you decide to proceed with coaching we will going to spend time bringing awareness into the areas of your life you feel drawn to work on. Holistic health coaching looks at all 5 pillars of health: mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social wellbeing. Each session is driven by your goals and we will create SMART goals and an action plan to evaluate progress throughout your time with me.
