Hello!
I've made changes to the way I'm accepting payments. I'm still accepting cash and checks, however, starting MAY 1ST 2022, if you would like to use a debit/credit card as payment, I will still accept them but I will be adding a $3 fee per massage. This is to help keep the cost of massage from going up and also help me from continuing to get slapped with increasing credit card fees. I am aware of how this may inconvenience you and I apologize but that is not my intention but to keep costs down for you and for myself.

Also, my schedule has been pretty light this year and I'm looking to grow a little bit. So I am running a special for the month of April and May. If you refer someone to me and they book a massage, then I will give you $20 towards an hour or longer massage, instead of the usual $10! If you refer more than one person, that's great but, you may only use $20 towards a single massage. You cannot group all of your discount towards one massage.

Lastly, I wanted to be transparent with you. I've been battling some ongoing health issues since 2019 and in 2020 I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and mold toxicity. I have been on supplement and vitamin support since then and have made some improvements with help from a naturopathic doctor. However, there's a plethora of symptoms that I deal with. Some are ongoing and I deal with them the best I can. Some come and go and sometimes knock me on my butt, so either way, the only answer is rest.

I am also not going full force, I am coming back into this slowly so that I don’t have a set back. Just wanted to let everyone know that 2 weeks ago my surgery went well!! I just had my 2 week recheck yesterday. The doc is happy with the way my hand is progressing. X-rays showed good bone growth inside where they put the bone graft. There is still a decent amount of swelling because of the bone graft that he said could take a couple weeks yet to come down but that is normal. The other great news is that it's not cancerous!!! Bad news is there is a chance that if he didn't get all the tumorous cells out it could grow back. So we are hoping he cleaned it all out!!!

He gave me the thumbs up to start using my hand as much as the pain and swelling will allow me to, so that I gain range of motion back. I do have a decent amount of pain when trying to move it around. It's expected because I am only 2 weeks out of surgery so I have a good bit of healing to do yet. On that note though, I am super excited that I am closer to being able to start working again and I can't wait!!!! I miss all of you and can't wait to see you soon!! I just don't know when that will be yet. When I do start picking up appointments again, It may be a slow crawl just because I haven't been practicing massage for so long! My arms and hands will need to adjust and strengthen again. So I will do my best to accommodate where I can until I get back into full swing!

Hey everyone!! Just giving u the update for my finger. So I saw the hand surgeon today and confirmed that we are just dealing with a benign collagen tumor (lamens terms). The next step is surgery to debride and clean out the inside of the bone and then fill it with bone graft. I do not have a surgery date yet because I am waiting for the office to call to schedule it. Recovery time will depend on how well my body accepts the bone graft. So I don’t have a time frame yet as to when I will be back we will just have to wait and see. I just want to say thank you again to everyone who has been sending prayers and thoughts to heaven for me through all of this!! I greatly appreciate all of you very much!!

Another update:
So I saw the orthopedist today to get my MRI results and I got some answers. Not one that I was wanting or expecting but an answer nonetheless. I have a bone cyst in the first bone of my pointer finger. There is no damage to the joint thankfully! The next step is a biopsy to make sure it isn’t cancerous. I am waiting for a call to get things scheduled. It is possible that surgery is in my future but I have to wait until I meet with the hand specialist/surgeon to see how we move forward. The good news out of all this is that I didn’t injure myself doing massage!! Yaayy!! While I am trying to stay optimistic, I am still scared and would appreciate your prayers for NO cancer and a quick solution!! Thank you to everyone who has reached out to me! I am very appreciative of all of you and your patience and care through this tough time!!

Ok everyone so here we are a month later and I’m still not better! Was seeing some improvement with PT but we’ve hit a plateau and I’m still not able to do massage all the way. Still having pain and inflammation. So I am scheduled for an MRI but it’s not until June 1st!! Medical system moves so quickly doesn’t it. That was their soonest. I would call around but they’re the only place close by that’s in network. I’m hoping that a miracle happens between now and then and I’m healed!! Again, thank u for all of you love and support!! ❤️❤️❤️ I appreciate all of you very much!!

Update on my hand:
So as of right now I am not doing massage. My right hand is out of commission until I get more answers. Saw the physical therapist on Thursday and he thinks I injured soft tissue in the joint capsule. I see him again tomorrow and he may refer me back to the orthopedist so that we can do an MRI. I will just have to wait and see. I will do my best to keep you updated. Thank you everyone for your continued support and prayers for quick healing!!!

Update on my right hand:
It’s still not feeling good. It’s been feeling the worst it’s been so far. Im hoping I’m in that “getting worse before it gets better” stage. I’m not sure though. I did reach out to the doctor yesterday and she’s referring me to an orthopedist. So just waiting to see how soon they can get me in. I will keep you all posted as to how things are going.

I’m so sorry to all of you!! I don’t know at this point how much time off I will need to heal. I would appreciate all of your prayers for healing!! I’m feeling rather stressed out about this situation as I’m in the unknown at the moment.

How ironic is that? I got a reminder that one year ago today is when I shut my doors for covid.....I’m shutting my doors again today because of my hand being injured. Thankfully it won’t be for as long!!!!!!

Saw the doctor today...confirmed a sprain in the metacarpalphalangeal joint in my pointer finger. I have no idea how I did it! Doc wants me to rest for 2 weeks. Good news is the X-rays show no arthritic activity!! 🤗🤗 I’m hoping in 2 weeks I will be ready to go!! I will be in touch with you all to get you scheduled as soon as I feel I can get back to it!! Thanks again for your patience through this frustrating time. I appreciate all of you so much!!

Some of you already know and some of you may not know....that I am having some problems with my right hand. Im not sure what is going on but wanted to let everyone know that I am seeking medical help as it is not really getting better 😏

In light of this, I am asking that everyone please be patient with me as I may need to cancel appointments or push them back a couple of weeks depending on what we find.

I am very frustrated with this because I do love 💕 my job and greatly enjoy helping all of you feel better and giving you quality of life back with each massage. Please don’t go anywhere, I appreciate all of you so much!!! I couldn’t be doing massage without any of you and thank all of you so much for your support!!! I will keep all of you in the loop once I find out more from the doctor!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
