Do you feel like water doesn’t satiate you? You are probably dehydrated on a cellular level. H30 from fruit hydrates you on a cellular level, remember those silly things we are 100% of, CELLS. Biology class at least taught us THAT mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell. 👩‍🔬🧑‍🔬🧪🔬🧬
Not all coconut water is equal. I prefer coconut water in cartons and not plastic. This brand is my favorite- vita coco is amazing too, I believe there’s added sugar so be aware of that. I like to add pineapple juice to my coco water, gives it that ✨✨ razzle dazzle I’m looking for.
⚠️WARNING ⚠️ If your digestion system is backed up, coco water is your friend, but proceed with caution.
Personally, I strive to drink a whole carton this size a day. Realistically, it’s only been half a carton a day lately… cuz if I drank the whole carton than I would be perfect.. and that’s just not realistic 💗☮️✌🏻🤣
