Meditation isn’t about forcing your mind to go quiet. It’s not about perfection. It’s about awareness. It’s about becoming the observer and CULTIVATING an experience.
Don’t let anyone tell you what meditation “should” be… not even me. For me, it’s the practice of cultivating mindfulness so deeply that I can slip back into that peaceful space I've cultivated almost instantly when I choose. A place where everything softens and I am completely gentle and powerful inside.
