When a relationship ends, it’s natural to focus on what was lost.
Another way to process is to look at what that person represented for you.
Take a moment and name the top one to three qualities that stood out:
– something you admired
– something you felt more alive around
– something that reflected who you are becoming
Then pause and say thank you.
Not because the relationship was meant to last — but because it helped reveal something true about you.
What you saw in them lives in you too.
Integration is about bringing that quality home, so you don’t feel like you need another person to access it.
This is how wholeness grows — gently, honestly, and from the inside out.
💬 If you’re willing to share: what’s one quality someone helped you see in yourself that you’re now learning to embody on your own?
