A baby in Mississippi has died of whooping cough for the first time since 2012. The baby was less than two months old—too young for vaccination.

About Taylor- ---
Belmont University and during her nursing career spent time in the neonatal intensive care unit and the pediatric emergency room. She then decided to advance her education, completing her nurse practitioner training at Seton Hall University. Taylor strives to use family centered care and joint decision making in hopes of empowering families to feel a part of their children’s healthcare team while promoting healthy and happy lives for all of her patients.

Taylor is a New Jersey native and as one of seven siblings, she cherishes time spent with her family. When she is not caring for patients, she can be found on the beach or cheering on her beloved New York Yankees. She also never misses an opportunity to travel—whether it’s another trip to Disney World or an adventure to new destinations across the globe, she loves exploring new places!

Help us wish Nurse Carolyn Schuster a very happy retirement.

After 40 years of serving the children of the Valley as a nurse at Pediatric & Adolescent Healthcare - Drs Curtiss and Dunn, Carolyn is retiring. Being as humble as she is, she didn't want a big fanfare, but we believe her dedication deserves to be recognized.

So we bought her a huge (like 2 feet tall) card and we'd love to have as many patients and families sign it as possible. If you would like to sign the card, please stop by in the next 2 weeks. (If you know any former patients who moved or aged out, please forward this to them also).
