📢 We have made progress, but we’re not done yet. Kansas pharmacies and patients continue to face serious challenges that threaten healthcare access in our communities.

Big companies called PBMs (pharmacy benefit managers) decide how we get medicine to you. They make it hard for small pharmacies to stay open by paying us less than what we pay for the medicine and take back money with tricky, unfair rules.

Pharmacies that stay open can’t safely take care of all the extra prescriptions from other pharmacies closing. Mail-order services also take too long or don’t keep medicine safe, which could hurt patients.

We are advocating for PBM reform for transparency and accountability to protect our communities from PBM abuse. We truly appreciate your support and are always here to answer any questions you may have.
