Position: General Labor – Commercial Office Cleaning

Location:
Antigo, WI

Type: Full-Time/Part-Time - 2nd shift

Pay: Competitive hourly wage, based on work experience

Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our commercial office cleaning team. As a member of our janitorial staff, you will maintain clean, safe, and professional office environments for our clients.

Responsibilities:
Dusting and disinfecting surfaces (desks, tables, windowsills, etc.)
Vacuuming carpets and sweeping/mopping floors
Cleaning restrooms, including restocking supplies
Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly
Ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards
Following safety protocols and using cleaning equipment properly

Requirements:
No prior experience required; training provided
Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to work afternoon/evenings and potential rotating weekend shift
Must pass background check and a pre-employment drug test

Typical duties:
Lawn care crew - mowing, trimming, lawn repair etc.
Snow removal sidewalk crew - tractors with heated cabs, some shoveling, running snow blowers, etc.

Pay based on experience

Office is open Monday - Friday 8am-3pm.

Come in the front door (facing the highway) to the main office.
