Good morning Cornerstone friends! ☀️

It’s Sam and today I’m going to check off “eat 4 cups of fruit/vegetable” and I’m starting right away this morning by having a delicious (actually honey crisp) apple for breakfast. For lunch I’ll have a big salad 🥗 and I’m sure after that I’ll have more than 4 cups of fruits and veggies in!
