Location today: Back in Antioch. Jumped right back in today...two private sound baths one for a amazing family of 4 and then a husband and wife awesone duo. Also a lymph flow and tuning fork treatment for a pregnant momma. Gosh, I love what I do!!

Today's 4-Minute Topic: Breathwork All-Day again, I am more than chilled out...lol. So fun.
2nd Day of Breathwork Class. My breathwork certification presentation session was the Udgeeth Pranayama - (chanting breath, om breath or prāṇāyāma of divine sound). I used a microphone headset and attendees had headphones on, this creates such a personal experience. I ordered a set for my studio...can't wait to use them at my breathwork sessions for all you awesome attendees! I created affirmations with a focus on abundance for my certification classmates. I love creating custom affirmations for my sessions based on my audience. 10 classmates performed their sessions today, it is so awesome to experience this all!! ❤️
