🌟 For Associate Appreciation Day this year, our community chose to move beyond traditional celebrations to focus on meaningful engagement and shared knowledge. 🌟
Our management team designed and implemented several education stations throughout the building, creating a unique environment where associates and residents could learn alongside one another. To complement the educational experience, the entire team collaborated to prepare an expansive menu featuring dishes from cultures around the world. 🌎 This global feast allowed us to break bread together as a community and experience flavors from many different backgrounds, including a special tasting of traditional Ethiopian coffee. 🇪🇹 ☕
The educational stations provided valuable insights into several core pillars of our community, including:

✔️ Life safety protocols and best practices
✔️ Elevated standards for customer service
While the format of our celebration was different this year, our underlying goal remains constant.
