There have been so many times I’ve sat down to meditate and thought…
“This isn’t working.”
“I can’t focus.”
“What’s the point?”
But what I’ve learned and keep learning is this:
👉 The moment you notice the struggle… is the moment you're practicing.
Meditation isn’t about achieving calm.
It’s about relating to what’s here with kindness.
Even the frustration. Even the noise.
So if it feels messy... good!!
That means you're doing it right.
And that lived experience?
It’s what makes you ready to help others too.
