When something doesn’t feel right, knowing where to turn matters. 🏥

Visiting artist and writer John Feight recently shared his experience after a spider bite led him to seek care at Weems Memorial Hospital. What began as a painful bite quickly became something that needed medical attention - and timely treatment made all the difference. 🕷

We appreciate John taking the time to share his story and thankful for the team who cared for him. Stories like these are a reminder to trust your instincts and seek care when your body tells you something isn’t right. 💙

In a cardiac emergency, the first responder is often the person closest - you.

Saving a life doesn’t require medical training. Hands-Only CPR has just two simple steps:
📞 Call 911
💪 Push hard and fast in the center of the chest until help arrives

This Heart Month, take a moment to learn how you can be ready when it matters most.
