The cost to live at the Homesteads have been incorrectly posted on various sites…
The Homesteads have been part of our community since 1992 and have always supported our friends and neighbors. We provide loving, kind, supportive and respectful care. Supervision, mediation supervision, home cooked meals, entertainment, and much more in a clean and safe environment! We are small, warm homes where your elderly family member will feel at home… not institutionalised. We welcome families into what we call our extended family !

To be absolutely clear…. Our charge averages $ 5,000 per month. ($60,000 annually) The charge may be lower or some what higher depending on personal choices. Room size, private room or semi private, with or without private bathroom, and level of care required.
We charge less than the nursing homes in our area.
