I have been teaching yoga since 2002 and completed my 200+ hour teacher training program, "Live Your Yoga", from the Yoga Garden in Apex. I currently teach at CrossFit Surmount and the Yoga Garden, both located in Apex, NC. In addition to yoga, I am a chiropractor and avid crossfitter. I hope to inspire others to do what they thought they couldn't, understand and listen more to their body, and release their personal struggles and judgements. Join me for Gentle Yoga on Wednesday evenings. This class is hatha yoga combining basic yoga, Yin yoga, and restorative yoga. We use a variety of props, low lighting, and soft music to relax and calm the mind.
