The Nature of Mindfulness Retreat
Chapel Hill, NC October 9-13
Lodging is full. Day guests are warmly, invited to join us and enjoy the full experience. (Hotel suggestions upon request)
This is intended to be a small intimate retreat and is limited to a total of 18 participants.
Some activities include:
Daily ๏ฟผyoga, and meditation
Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing)
Journaling and creative practices
Nourishing meals and snacks each day
This is your time to restore in the ways that serve you best.
Retreat schedule:
Thursday 6-8 pm arrival: dinner, orientation, and community welcome
Friday through Sunday:
full retreat days 9 AM to 9 PM

yoga
forest bathing (mindful walks in nature)
journaling
creative activities
meals
time to rest and connect
Monday morning: closing breakfast and mindful departure
Mindful Motion Yoga provides a variety of yoga classes to help you gain strength, cultivate peace, release tension and build flexibility.
