Feeling stressed? A walk among the trees might help more than you think. 🌳

New UF research shows that spending time in tree-filled spaces like parks or shaded streets can significantly reduce stress, especially when people actively get outside rather than just seeing greenery from a distance. The findings highlight the importance of accessible green spaces and making time to regularly engage with nature.

In the rush of life, we often overlook the simple blessings that make our days brighter and our hearts lighter. True happiness is not found in having everything, but in appreciating what we already have.

🌳 Nature – the trees, the sky, the air we breathe.
