Apparently I drank the Kool-Aid… and honestly, I’m not mad about it 😄

Notice the little buddha is reminding us to breathe 🙏

Post-Super Bowl Monday can feel like a slow start — but showing up still counts. Whether your weekend was full of cheering and snacks, family time, etc…. this is your gentle reminder:

✨ You don’t have to tackle the whole week today.
✨ Start small.
✨ Lead with connection — not perfection.

New week. You’ve got this. 💙

❄️Graduate school didn’t cover:
• Southern snowstorms
• Emergency snow shoveling
• Making leadership decisions in boots
• How often “flexibility” would be the real job

If today meant rescheduling, telehealth, adjusting expectations, or simply doing the best you could—
that counts.

As the year closes, many of us default to self-evaluation. Or wondering if we did enough and how we can improve.
This is your reminder: reflection doesn’t require self-criticism.
Notice what supported you.
Acknowledge what drained you.
Release what no longer needs to come with you.
That’s enough. 🤍

The holidays can shake up even the most grounded families. More noise, more plans, more expectations — and often less rest 😴

If you’re feeling stretched thin, you’re not doing anything wrong.

Sometimes the most supportive thing we can offer ourselves (and our kids) is permission.

Permission to slow down.
Permission to simplify.
Permission to choose presence over perfection.

✨ Permission is support.

Save this for the days that feel like too much 🤍

Wishing light, warmth, and renewal to all who celebrate 🕎

Hanukkah reminds us that even small sparks can sustain us through long nights.

May this season bring:
• connection with loved ones
• joy shared in community
• light that lasts beyond the candles

Happy Hanukkah from all of us at P*P ✨️
