Over the past 10 years I have helped close to 1000 clients with painful menstrual cycles, fertility challenges, expectant parents with discomforts during pregnancy and postpartum. I have attended births at all the local hospitals and birth centers, having received birth doula certification from DONA International and Matrona Holistic, as well as Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner certification. The wellness each of us experience today is the result of lifestyle choices our ancestors made and those that we make. At the heart of working with my clients is educating them so that they feel more empowered to make better choices for themselves - to benefit their personal wellness today and the wellness of their generations that follow.
