Closing a Chapter, Thank You 💙

As many of you know, I’m closing the doors of Evolution Physical Therapy this week and stepping away from clinical care. My career has been filled with purpose, connection, and learning, and I’m deeply grateful to have been part of taking care of the Cary and Apex communities.

Being trusted with your health and well-being has truly been the greatest honor of my professional life, it’s been an incredible 25 years! Plus, mentoring, teaching and learning alongside many of you has been a gift.

This decision wasn’t easy, but it’s time for a new chapter. I’ll always carry immense gratitude for the connections, laughter, and moments of grief, hope and joy we’ve shared.

🧡 October is Physical Therapy Month

Little known fact: physical therapy isn’t just for when you’re hurt, it’s one of the best tools we have to stay stronger, healthier, and more active as we age. This concept is the ONE THING I wish more people understood!

A new national survey from found that, yes, people worry about things like heart health or wrinkles as they age, but the #1 fear (for 66% of us!) is losing the ability to do the things we love. For me, that would be hiking.

That’s why I’m excited to support the PT For Future Me campaign , shining a light on prevention, wellness, and keeping you moving for life.

I’m excited for the next chapter where I’ll get to give back to the PT profession in new ways, but I’ll truly miss this part of my work.
