A big moment for our Apex clinic ✂️

We had the opportunity to officially celebrate with a ribbon cutting last week, joined by members of the community — including the Mayor — as we opened our doors and welcomed patients into the space.

We’re proud to bring Brunswick PT to Apex and grateful for the warm welcome. The clinic is up and running, and our team is ready to get to work helping people move better, feel better, and get back to what matters most.

We were proud to officially celebrate the grand opening of our Brunswick Physical Therapy Cary clinic with a ribbon cutting ceremony alongside the Cary Chamber of Commerce.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to tour the new space, connect with our team, and celebrate this exciting milestone. It was a great afternoon filled with community, conversation, and a look at what’s ahead for Brunswick Physical Therapy in Cary.

Apex, meet your Clinic Director!

We’re proud to introduce Ananda Dakin, PT, DPT, Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy and Partner at Brunswick Physical Therapy Apex.

Ananda brings more than eight years of outpatient orthopedic experience, including five years working exclusively with Tactical Athletes in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg. She specializes in post-operative return to sport and high-level performance rehabilitation, combining advanced manual techniques with strength-based programming to help patients move at their highest potential.

With certifications in Dry Needling, spinal manipulation, cupping, Battlefield Acupuncture, Blood Flow Restriction training, and Strength and Conditioning, she delivers comprehensive, science-driven care rooted in the mechanics of human movement.

Brunswick PT Apex opens very soon, and we can’t wait for this community to experience her leadership and expertise.

This night was about celebrating the people who make Brunswick what it is.

We gathered at Cape Fear Seafood Company for our annual holiday party to recognize a year of growth, teamwork, and excellence. Congratulations to our award recipients — Alexa, Nik, Amy, Scott, and Teresa — each recognized for the impact they’ve made on our team and our culture.

Thank you to Scott and Jessica for planning a great evening, to Alexa for the festive train that brought the fun, and to the key lime pie that quickly became the favorite of the night.
