Meet Millie Soto, BSN, RN, the new Patient Experience Coordinator at Brunswick Physical Therapy Cary!
Millie is originally from Puerto Rico and brings a remarkable 13-year career in the U.S. Air Force as a Flight Medic. From 2006–2009, she deployed four times in Operation Iraqi Freedom, providing critical in-flight medical care throughout Germany, Italy, Turkey, Iraq, and Dubai. These experiences shaped her resilience, compassion, and ability to stay calm under pressure — qualities she brings to every patient she serves.
After earning her BSN, Millie spent over a decade advancing patient care and leading healthcare teams, always focused on creating meaningful patient experiences. She also continues to work as a weekend travel nurse, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in diverse healthcare settings.
Millie holds her BSN, RN, and BLS certifications and is passionate about patient advocacy, care coordination, and building trust through empathy and communication. Outside of work, she loves cooking, traveling, and spending time with her two children.
