Behind every exceptional care team is a leader who sets the standard, and Samantha does exactly that.

As Director of Nursing, Samantha brings a deep passion for long-term care and an unwavering commitment to quality. Her leadership has been nationally recognized, including earning a spot on the U.S. News Best Nursing Homes list and receiving the AHCA/NCAL Bronze Commitment to Quality Award.

But what truly sets Samantha apart is her heart.

She believes long-term care is not just a profession, it’s a responsibility. From mentoring staff to creating a culture of dignity, compassion, and accountability, she leads with empathy and purpose every single day.

Under her leadership, excellence isn’t optional, it’s expected.

Meet the Leaders Monday | Jordie, Administrator

Strong leadership in long-term care requires both strategy and heart, and Jordie brings both.

With a background as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and years of experience in social services, Jordie understands that great care is holistic. It’s not just about meeting clinical needs, it’s about emotional support, connection, and dignity.

Now in her third year as Administrator, Jordie leads with intention. Her focus is creating an environment where residents feel at home, families feel confident, and staff feel inspired to grow.

She believes connection matters just as much as compliance, and that balance shapes the culture of the entire community.

As a hometown leader, she’s honored to serve the very community that helped shape her.
