“We don’t just walk on this Earth ✨we’re in relationship with it.”🌎🌊

Recap 🌅 Last night’s Earth Day Beach Yoga & Sound Bath was one of those moments where we just felt held by our great mother.

The breeze was breezin’ slightly, the sand soft & comfortable under our feet, and….

There was a beautiful small RAINBOW 🌈 at the start of the class.

Our yoga flow was about bringing gentle awareness into our bodies, exploring and respecting our boundaries, remembering we are one with nature.

Our circle ⭕️ before the sound bath has us all gathering to say a wish or prayer to Mother Earth, to meet each other with eye contact & recognition, and to pledge to giving back to this green planet to truly live and embody our thanks.

I hope we will all be mindful of our actions all year long - take a look at curbing accumulation / needless shopping that creates waste, try to fix things, grow more plants, and pay attention to the environmental impacts of what is on our plates & make changes for what’s more sustainable 🌱

We are all works in progress when it comes to being stewards to the earth. But we owe her our very best 🙌

Thank you to Salena Hall Star's Healing Energy for the healing sound bath with some help by her talented daughter who stepped in to help create a soundscape in the background while she served each student with sound. What a beautiful gift you have passed on! 🎶

to honor the Earth beneath our feet,
the air filling our lungs,
the water that flows through us,
and the sacred rhythm of nature that holds us all.
At Star’s Healing Energy, so much of what we do is rooted in reconnecting—
to the Earth,
to our bodies,
and to the wisdom within.
Whether it’s grounding your feet in the sand,
breathing under the trees,

I am feeling so full from this beautiful gathering 🤍✨
Thank you to every single soul who came out and shared space with us. We had such an amazing turnout, and the energy that was created together was truly something special. You could feel the openness, the presence, and the willingness to receive, it was so powerful.
Watching you all soften, drop in, and allow yourselves to be held in that space… it means everything to me. Seeing you leave with more peace, more lightness, and that gentle sense of healing in your hearts is exactly why I do what I do.
I am so deeply honored and blessed to be able to hold space and create these moments in time for you all.
