✨ This past weekend, we returned to the wild within. 🌿💫
Our souls gathered for a weekend of deep remembrance, sisterhood, and sacred slowing. Rewilding the Heart unfolded more beautifully than we could have ever imagined—woven together by laughter, stillness, bravery, and the most nourishing collective energy.
From moving and breathing together in a cave, to witnessing shooting stars dance above our fires… from a chilly first night that invited closeness and warmth, to sun-soaked days filled with ice baths, forest bathing, floating sound healing, and soul-centered yoga—Mother Nature truly showed up and held us. Our bodies softened, our nervous systems exhaled, and our inner rhythms quietly realigned.

Witnessing arrive as individuals and leave as a woven circle of sisters is the greatest honor of all. We are beyond grateful to have shared this sacred time together and cannot wait to reunite as we step into new adventures in 2026. ✨🌍
